Our `99 Ford Ranger pickup frame was rusting badly. After impacting with an air impact gun, and wire brushing, the previous night, I applied 2 coats of Gremplers Rust Inhibitor. Now that it's dry I am applying Rust Oleum green enamel top coat.

Spraying overhead is very difficult. Adjust the gun so the pickup tube faces to the rear.
Under areas are all done first. Use a droplight and avoid dripping paint.
Lighted areas are easy to cover, by comparison.
Inside areas require application from all angles.
Finished job
