Boats in My Blood

In Apri of 2023, Howard Johnson decided to write a book about his life. Investigation and study revealed that everything that happened to him was unusual and unique compared to all friends and family of similar 77 years,starting with being a War Baby, and parents with unusual backgrounds, families, strong morals hard work ethics and strong personal values. He found many forgotten blessings spread all throughout his years that led to particular advantages compared to many others he knows. Such as, Dancing, Singing, Love of Music, Artistry, Reading, Writing, Strong Imagination, Hard Work, a Generous Friendly Nature,

Appreciation for designs and things of every kind, leading to collections of all kinds of things and restoration, refinishing and painting of vehicles of all kinds and a wide understanding of how to repair or rebuild most everything that man makes. Good looks, good health, and FITNESS Plus the ability to organize everything so it can be found again and again for use in all these needs. Then my parents taught me antique restoration and wooden boat refinishing in the fifties when I was a child, I became so good, popular and skilled that I never had a REAL job instead restored these things in my 40 by ninety foot workshop for 40 years, and wrote a book on Whirlwind Boats that my father helped build when I was born and he showed me all my life. So I collected boats all my life and built buildings; people tell me that my 70 boat collection is the nicest collection in the entire country; I have been so fortunate to be extremely successful, my whole life and made many friends, written 20 stories and had 20 stories about us in popular magizines and newspapers. For 8 months I studied my life and wrote about being raised at a truck repair business with 6 shopsand taught every phase of truck repair front end, springs, rear ends, frame straightening, body work and painting as well as engine repair. We raised evergrens on our land so I always kept my agriculture permits current, collected tools and machienery of every kind and kept them in tip top conditionand built large buildings and storage spaces on the farm so everything could be ready to go in any weather, thn written stories about how to do all these things and the advantages in life to do them.

Now Howard is looking forward to selling and distributing the stories of his life in his book, “Boats In My Blood” and making movies of all his collections to share with citizens of America and countries around the world.
